2011 Manly Community Fundraiser
Dear John,
I write this letter to thank you for your generous contribution to the 2011 Manly Community Fundraiser. I appreciate the sponsorship of Cunninghams Property and your assistance with the Live Auction and know that our two beneficiaries, the Manly Women's shelter and the Fragile X Association, are overwhelmed with the outcome. We raised in excess of $70,000 this year for two very worthwhile causes.
The night was an uplifting community event and the involvement of the Cunninghams Property largely contributed to it's success.

Lifeline Annual Charity Golf Event
On behalf of Lifeline Northern Beaches we wish to thank Cunninghams Property for their ongoing support of our Annual Charity Golf Day. Your substantial contribution to this event ensures Lifeline Northern Beaches can host a successful gold day that is pillar in our fundraising platform.
Andrew Lutze was sensational as the auctioneer and contributed greatly to us achieving a record for our auction items. This year we cleared, after expenses, over $62,000. Please extend our sincere thanks to Andrew and your team of colleagues who participated on the day.
Lifeline Northern Beaches looks forward to continuing our relationship with your organisation.
St Kierans Family Fun Day
St Kierans hosted a fantastic Family Fun Day - the first of many we hope - in September. With market stalls, rides and a cake decorating competition for the kids, there was something for everyone. We were glad to support the school and particularly pleased to be invited to judge the cake decorating competition - and sample some of the finished cakes!
Queenscliff Surf Life Saving Club
Queenscliff is one of the oldest Surf Life Saving Clubs in the state. An important community fixture, we have sponsored QSLSC and the many members of the club both in their patrols and during competition. The QSLC boasts a great community and we love to be associated with them.
