To get your house ready for sale, there's a few things that you will need get the ball rolling on.
You'll need a section 149 certificate from your local Council. As your agent we can organise this, or your solicitor may organise it on your behalf.
And obviously you'll need your solicitor to prepare a Contract for Sale. They'll know what to do, and if you have any queries, we can always assist.
For your own benefit, it's always worthwhile to let your bank or mortgage broker know that you are selling your property and keep them in the loop about your immediate plans.
